The distance of Akport Tekirdağ Port to  TEM  highway is 53 kms. The way extending operations between Tekirdağ - Muratlı  is initiated at the beginning of 2006 and completed at the end of year. On the other side, last year the highway of Tekirdağ-Kınalı is increased to double lane. Therefore the highway connection between Tekirdağ- Istanbul became smoother.
